About this property

Zuri Springs is an 855-acre development with a natural and serene environment next to Juja, a rapidly expanding town in Kiambu County. With a dam, a natural spring and indigenous trees, the area offers beautiful views, fresh air and clement weather ideal for living.

Zuri Springs is approximately 40km north of Nairobi and 7km along Juja-Gatundu Road from the Thika Highway, which links the northern corridor of Nairobi and its burgeoning population to the centre of the Kenyan capital.

Zuri Springs offers owners a safe investment in serviced and un-serviced plots in a master-planned development affordable for a broad segment of activities. The development accommodates various land uses, such as residential, commercial, industrial, educational, public purpose and recreational spaces.

Zuri Springs is opposite Kiaro Farm to the south, a macadamia-growing farm owned by Kenya Nut Company, Azania Farm to the east, Kenya Agricultural & Livestock Research Organization, Coffee Research Institute, and Mukinyo Village to the west.

The development is accessible via the tarmacked Juja-Gatundu Road, which runs along the property’s boundary with proximity to JKUAT, Juja City Mall, Gatundu Level 5 Hospital, Juja Preparatory School, Juja St. Peter’s School and Ruiru Sports Club.

The 855-acre property is being developed in phases. The first phase features 1/8-acre plots and larger designated for homes and businesses. Act fast! Our early bird price applies to the first 20 plots.

HISTORY

Zuri Springs is a former coffee farm converted for mixed-use development by Rendeavour, the owner and developer of Tatu City and Oaklands. Rendeavour has helped thousands of Kenyans from different economic segments become owners of clean-title plots through its simple and transparent sales process. Within the Zuri Springs development, you can find a state school (Kia-Ora Primary School), a natural forest and timber plantations with eucalyptus and pine trees.

AMENITIES

The development has on-site power, including three transformer points. A 220KV KETRACO bulk power line passes through the property. Zuri Springs has a picturesque dam free of wild animals and fed by the Ndarugo River through a furrow. There is a natural spring with an all-year-round supply of water used for domestic purposes. In addition, the development has two field storage tanks and anon-site dispensary.
